Team Box Wheelchairs

History

In 2011 Box Wheelchairs founded one of the worlds first professional WCMX and adaptive action sports teams… Over the subsequent 10 years, Team Box athletes both young and old, quickly became one of the most formidable forces in the history of adaptive action sports. Pioneering several sports, racking up multiple worlds championship titles between them and a bevy of Guinness World Records in sports such as WCMX, Surfing, SnowCross, Sky diving and Motocross.

It’s original members included phenomenal athletes such as the likes of Aaron “Wheelz” Fotheringham, Christiaan “Otter” Bailey, Darryl “D-Rail” Keith Tait, Jerry “Zoolander” Diaz, Katherine Beattie, David Lebuser and Johnathan “Fatboy” Stark amongst others.

The legacy of this team lives on to this day, through the kids they empowered to push their limits and now a entirely new generation has grown up to take these sports to the next level around the world!
