Hunter Pochop was born with Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, and several other medical diagnoses. Fast forward ten years and 19 surgeries later you have a young man who is always happy and excited about life. Hunter’s favorite things include hitting the skatepark in his WCMX chair, surfing, playing wheelchair basketball, hanging out with his friends and reading anything he can set his eyes on. Hunter’s first experience at the skatepark was at 5-years old with Christiaan “Otter” Bailey and has been hooked ever since. Hunter’s confidence and skill level at the skatepark skyrocketed after his first push in his Box Wheelchair. Hunter looks forward to seeing his friends at the skatepark and the many different clinics, events, and competitions throughout the year.
